I’m a writing coach with Sarah Selecky Writing School and the creator of the small-group coaching programs Novel Alchemy & Novel Refinery, in collaboration with meditation guide (and my sister) Leah Fae.

I help writers see what their novels want to become, then bring those novels to completion without losing faith in themselves or their work.

Ways We Can Work Together

  • Novel Alchemy: 1st draft group coaching

Novel Alchemy is a 3-month small group coaching program that brings mindfulness, supportive structure, and co-creative partnership to the process of writing a fast, rough discovery draft of your novel. We focus on learning to quiet your analytical mind and access your intuition, supported by a strong framework to contain the wildness and give your story an engine that will drive it forward.

My co-facilatator is my sister Leah Fae, a yoga and meditation teacher whose breathwork and guided visualizations help us get out of our analytical brains and create an embodied container for grounding and nervous system regulation as we write.

My goal in creating this program was to put everything I learned through painful trial and error into a nourishing, manageable, structured-but-intuitive approach that shaves years and a lot of angst off the process.

    It’s a little bit magical.

Offered through Sarah Selecky Writing School.

  • Manuscript Evaluation & Revision Coaching: 1:1 support

My manuscript evaluations are thorough, thoughtful, and compassionate, always holding you and your vision in highest respect.

This is for you if you’re looking for a co-creative partner who will carry your novel in gentle hands—but also give you incisive feedback and clear direction on its structure, characters, and plot.

If you’re looking for ongoing coaching to implement my feedback and complete your revision, I also offer the option to add an eight-week coaching container for ongoing support.

Completing a novel and turning it over to someone else for assessment can be an incredibly vulnerable, even activating experience. So I also make sure we address the complexities of this transition from writing as private process to public product so that you feel protected as you expose your work to scrutiny.

Offered through Sarah Selecky Writing School.
